Famille rose enamels on brown stoneware; with a flat lip and protruding, concave oval foot; the main sides with sunken panels painted on an off-white, crackled enamel, one with a magpie and blossoming prunus, the other with a flowerbed with chrysanthemums and other flowers, the surrounds covered in blue enamel, the foot enamelled off-white.
